Git is the wonderful version control system that almost all programmers use these days - and also almost all programmers are initially confused by! Our goal for this beginners git workshop is to alleviate any confusion and help you understand the ins and outs of committing, pushing, branching, rebasing and all the good things that git can do. We're also introducing you to Github, an online repository to store your code and collaborate with others.
